With Mission Web Hosting you know up front how much bandwidth you are allocated each month, and you have the full amount to use. This policy is in place because many users discover that hosts that offer the "unlimited" bandwidth, actually have a very real bandwidth limit.

Domain Registration Agreement
As an organization or individual applying to register, transfer or renew a domain name with Mission Web, Mission Web's Domain Agreement requires that all registrants adhere to certain terms and conditions.

Script Use Policy
Our servers are not your testing platform. User accounts are on high end, web-live hardware that are responsible for serving many accounts. Your server space is being provided to display your finished product to the web - NOT for testing purposes.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The Mission Web Hosting Usage Policy is designed to protect Mission Web, its Users and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and/or inappropriate behavior, by the Users of any of the Mission Web Hosting Services. All Users of Mission Web's Services are subject to the Usage Policy. The Usage Policy lists activities that are prohibited as result of using Mission Web Hosting services, products and hardware, such as hacking or spamming.

User Agreement
All Customers of Mission Web Hosting services and products are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between Mission Web Hosting and the User that contains the rights, duties and obligations between Mission Web Hosting and the User.
